R-Tech humidification systems are designed and manufactured in the UK for the humidification of office complexes and factories, including clean room applications. The heart of the R-Tech humidifier system is the rotary atomiser, which is exceptionally robust and reliable. The R-Tech rotary atomiser rotates at high speed turning water into a low impact, ultra fine mist (20 micron VMD), that evaporates into the air causing the air to become more humid. A big advantage of the R-Tech humidification system is the adiabatic cooling that results from the evaporation of the water mist. Several of our customers are making use of the adiabatic cooling in the summer months and in many offices and factories, adiabatic cooling has reduced the load on chiller systems throughout the winter months. R-Tech are specialists in producing very large energy savings by replacing steam humidifier systems with the R-Tech humidification system. in many applications the energy savings have paid for the R-Tech humidification system in less than one year! The secrete of the R-Tech humidification system is the control over the water flow to the rotary atomisers. Advanced control algorithms make the accuracy of the R-Tech humidification systems very high, controlling water flow to the atomisers to +/- 0.01 l/min. R-Tech have succeeded in designing a completely FAIL SAFE protection system against legionella. If the protection is not working, the R-Tech humidification system will shut down and not allow water to flow until the problem is sorted out. There is no upper limit to the capacity of the R-Tech humidifier system, we simply use multiple rotary atomisers connected to a single controller to achieve the required humidification load.
